Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact customer service within 30 days for a return/refund or replacement. Shipping, freight, and service charges (if any) are NON-REFUNDABLE. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if 30 days have gone by since your purchase.

All special order products (gradient vinyl and customized vinyl) are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable. In a case where we do accept a return,  there is a 30% restocking fee for all vinyl returns. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To request a return, you need to send a reclamation letter to info@yeswrap.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

NOTE: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Defects

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Your letter should contain a detailed explanation of a problem, photos/videos, and LOT number.

In case of reclamation approval, we provide a full refund or change the product (shipping expenses are covered).

Didn't Receive Items

If the package is delivered, but you don't receive the package, please check at your mailbox, front door or any other places the package would be. Otherwise, you will have to report lost to the post office.

We are not responsible for that if the package was undelivered because of incorrect or incomplete address. Please make sure to leave the correct address, so that you can receive the package.

Refund

For returned items, we will check the items whether in good condition or not once we receive the returned parcel and then we will handle the refund to your account(within 48 hours) in accordance with the return conditions.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. 

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
